OUR PUERTO GALERA TRAVEL
So hayun, di namin pinlano ng matagal natuloy din kami sa lugar na to. Ang Puerto Galera ay matatagpuan sa lalawigan ng Oriental Mindoro. Wala naman kaming balak magtagal dito dahil sa schedule namin. Maybe sa susunod na gala namin dito magtatagal na kami hahaha.
HOW TO GET THERE (FROM CALAMBA)
*DISCLAIMER: Hindi kasi kami from Manila kaya doon sa makakabasa nito na from Manila
mas maigi humanap kayo ng Bus Terminal na malapit sa inyo na bumibyahe papuntang Batangas Pier hindi ko rin masabi kung magkano yung pamasahe if galing sa location nyo to Batangas Pier kaya pasensya na.
1. Ride a Bus from Calamba, Laguna to Batangas Pier. (Fare: 107php)
Travel Time : Roughly 1-2hrs depending on the location where you came from.
2. From Batangas Pier ride a boat to Puerto Galera. (Fare :350php (free shuttle to White Beach)
Travel Time : Roughly 1-2hrs depending on the boat you are riding.
*Maraming bumibyaheng barko papuntang Puerto Galera depende lang sa oras ng pagdating nyo sa Batangas Pier iba iba rin prices kung willing kayong hintayin yung mga murang barko then goes lang haha.
3. From the Port of Puerto Galera (Muelle Port), where you arrive there you can ride a tricycle to your designated resort mostly cost PHP 50 per head but it depends on your agreement with the tricycle driver. For alternative, you take a public jeepney from Muelle Port to Sabang or White Beach(our destination) mostly cost PHP 20.
*Note: May Terminal Fee pa sa Batangas Pier papuntang Puerto Galera PHP 30.
Tapos may Environmetal Fee na babayaran pagdating ng Puerto Galera PHP 50.
WHERE TO STAY IN PUERTO GALERA
*In our case we stayed at WHITE BEACH GUEST HOUSE.

We rented our room for PHP 1000 overnight. The room is good for 4 person. This is their smallest room and the cheapest. The room is so clean and neat. Also near to the beach, food stops(karinderia), convenient stores, tricycle terminal and souvenir shops.
They have this policy that you can check-in anytime but fixed check-out 11:30 AM next day.
If you can reach Puerto Galera earlier the better. Most of the lodges, hotels, and other place to stay in White Beach have this kind of policy.

OUR PUERTO GALERA TRIP ITINERARY (2 day / 1 night)
I recommend staying in Puerto Galera for at least 3 days 2 nights for a more relaxed trip. BUT if you are like us that time is not on our side, good news is, it is possible to do a weekend trip to Puerto Galera like a 2 day 1 night stay. You leave you place early morning on Saturday and go back on Sunday afternoon. This is our itinerary for our stay there:

7:30 AM ETA Batangas Port. Buy boat tickets + terminal fee.
8:30 AM ETD from Batangas Port (*In our case nadelay yung aming

11:35 AM ETA to Puerto Galera.
Get Environmental fee and ride Shuttle to White Beach.
12:00 NN Check in at White Beach Guest House
12:30 PM Lunch

03:00 PM Roam around the Beach. Swimming. Take pictures.
06:00 PM Return to Guest House. Freshen up.
07:00 PM Dinner
08:00 PM Check out night life in White Beach
09:30 PM Return to Guest House. Sleep.

06:00 AM Morning walk around the beach. Take pictures.
07:00 AM Breakfast at White Beach.
08:00 AM Swimming. Take pictures.

12:00 NN ETA Port of Muelle (*In our case wala ng ticket for 12:30pm na
barko so we decided to go to Calapan Port)

05:00 PM ETA to Batangas Port. Ride a Van. (*In our case wala ng
masakyan ng Bus paputang Turbina kaya nag Van kami.)
06:15 PM ETA to Calamba.

Here is our budget within our stay at Puerto Galera. We are not a fan of water sport activities so you cannot see it within our budget. We both just wanted to chill in our weekend getaway nothing more nothing less. I'll just simply call it "peacefully romantic".
